2004 Yann Chave Crozes Hermitage

There’s something magical about when it’s made in the Northern #Rhone. Tonight’s 2004 was so spot on - bacon, smoky meat, and spice slowly evolved to give way to berries, earth and peppery deliciousness. This is the type of wine I’d love to be able to drink every day - crazy complex, silky, sexy, earthy, yet still fresh and lively - it’s a contrast of flavors and aromas alive and evolving every minute it sits in your glass. A downright lovely wine to enjoy with people I love:)
